Redeem BLOOM at the floor

Any BLOOM can be exchanged for its share of the reserve, paid in ROOT. The BLOOM is burned, so the floor stays the same for everyone else. It's a backstop, not a way out at a good price: while BLOOM trades above the floor, selling it gets you more.
