Trades feed the reserve
Of every BLOOM buy or sell, 1.5% is swapped to USDG and held as ROOT for BLOOM.
BLOOM trades on pons.family. Part of every trade becomes a USDG reserve held in ROOT, and ROOT's own fees buy BLOOM back and burn it.
BLOOM price shown is a demo assumption of $0.000500

Every move in one token feeds the other. Here is where the fees go.
Of every BLOOM buy or sell, 1.5% is swapped to USDG and held as ROOT for BLOOM.
Wrapping or unwrapping ROOT pays 3%. 2% stays in the contract, so each ROOT is backed by more USDG.
The last 1% of ROOT's fee buys BLOOM on the market and burns it. Fewer BLOOM share the reserve.
BLOOM is what you see. ROOT is what holds it up.
BLOOM and ROOT play different roles in the same cycle. Read the trade-offs before choosing either.

BLOOM trades freely; its price is set by the market and can move either way. Each trade routes part of its fee into the reserve.

ROOT is minted with USDG and unwrapped back under the contract's fee rules. Its activity backs every ROOT and funds BLOOM burns.
Fees and backing don't guarantee value or limit losses. Both tokens can lose value.
The reserve grows from deposits and ROOT's price; burns only shrink BLOOM's supply. Hover a chart, or focus it and use the arrow keys.
